If youre looking for a new band to enjoy, share with your friends, to tallk about during your lunch break..check out The Infected Flies. Theyre an awesome alternative indie band that I just recently did a photoshoot for. (You can check out the pictures in my gallery). They describe themselves as "a wicked 3 piece with catchy melodies and snarling screams." With influences from nirvana, to the pixies, to the white stripes and early kings of leon, theyre a band you should definitely check out. Each and every song sounds different from the next and i've even had the pleasure of seeing them live quite a few times and they're also an awesome live

This honestly has nothing to do with deviantart but Beck is one of the most genius musical artists out there. In my opinion, anyway. He changes his sound with every cd and it always sounds good. A lot of times artists only change their sound to fit a certain persona that the mainstream currently digs, and the record label makes the most profit off of. But the way he changes his sound, it isn't to secure a wider audience and make more money, it's just brilliant.
